Factory-direct pricing for the trade. Approved contractors, builders, and design-build firms get tiered discounts on our full line, plus online access to Cryptic Pro. Your pricing scales with your volume, and it updates on its own as you grow.

You need a valid business and an EIN to apply. Accounts are for business use.
How the pricing works
Every approved account starts at the base contractor tier. Your tier is based on your rolling 12-month spend with Cryptic Air, and it moves up automatically as that number grows. There is nothing to claim and nothing to ask for. When an order pushes your trailing 12-month total past the next threshold, your account upgrades on your next order.

Spend is measured on a rolling 12-month window, not lifetime. Your pricing reflects the business you have done in the last 12 months. Your current tier always shows in your account at checkout.
How to apply
Fill out the contractor application. We ask for your name, business name, EIN, email, phone, and estimated monthly volume. Submitting the form creates your Cryptic Air account.
Approval
Applications are reviewed within one business day. We verify your business details, then activate your contractor pricing. You get an email when your account is live.
Cryptic Pro ordering
Cryptic Pro is our mud-in flush-mount diffuser for new construction. Approved contractor accounts can order Cryptic Pro online. If you do not have an approved account yet, call us at 786-981-1676 to place a Cryptic Pro order, or apply for an account first and order online once you are approved.
